  • Maruti Suzuki Ertiga maintained its undisputed leadership position with 19,063 units sold. The Ertiga alone accounted for nearly 45% of the entire MUV segment, reinforcing its status as India’s favorite people mover.

  • In second place, Toyota Innova Hycross + Crysta registered an impressive 9,630 units, growing 25.1% YoY. Together, the Innova twins captured a massive 22.6% segment share, further strengthening Toyota’s grip in the premium MUV space.

  • Kia Carens + Clavis secured third place with 5,465 units. Despite a relatively modest 3.9% growth, Kia’s premium-feature-rich MUV lineup continues to attract urban family buyers.

  • Interestingly, Maruti Suzuki XL6 witnessed a notable decline of 14.8% YoY, with sales dropping to 3,527 units.

  • Toyota Rumion continued its steady growth momentum with 2,585 units sold, up 5.0% YoY.

  • Renault Triber, registered a strong 36.8% YoY growth with 1,917 units sold.

  •  Toyota Vellfire posted the highest percentage growth in the segment at a staggering 490% YoY, albeit on a smaller base.

  • Maruti Suzuki Invicto recorded 237 units, growing 17.9% YoY. Despite being positioned as Maruti’s flagship premium MPV, the Invicto continues to remain a niche offering due to its higher pricing and overlap with the Toyota Innova Hycross.
