RouteMatic has entered into a strategic partnership with Green SM to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles in India’s corporate transportation segment. The two companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding during Green SM’s official India launch event in New Delhi.
Under the agreement, RouteMatic will deploy electric vehicles from Green SM across its corporate mobility operations. The collaboration is intended to provide enterprises with technology-enabled, fully electric employee transportation while maintaining operational efficiency, safety and service reliability.
The partnership comes as companies across India increasingly examine employee transportation as part of their sustainability, ESG and carbon-reduction strategies.
Combining Electric Vehicles with AI-Based Fleet Management
The collaboration brings together Green SM’s experience in operating all-electric mobility fleets and RouteMatic’s corporate transportation technology.
RouteMatic operates an AI-powered transportation and fleet-management platform that includes route optimisation, employee commute management and fleet operations capabilities. Green SM, meanwhile, will provide its electric vehicles and experience in managing commercial EV fleets.
The companies expect the combined model to support corporate customers looking to reduce dependence on internal-combustion-engine vehicles without compromising the predictability and reliability required for daily employee transportation.

Green SM’s India Fleet Built Around VinFast Limo Green
Green SM officially commenced operations in India on 5 June 2026, beginning with Delhi-NCR.
Its Indian operations are centred around the VinFast Limo Green, an all-electric seven-seat vehicle designed for commercial and fleet applications. Green SM’s service model also includes trained drivers, fleet-management processes and standardised safety and service practices.
The RouteMatic partnership could help Green SM extend the utilisation of its fleet beyond ride-hailing and into the corporate employee transportation market.
For RouteMatic, access to an additional electric fleet partner could support the expansion of EV-based transport services across key corporate hubs.

Its entry into India also creates a potential fleet ecosystem for VinFast, whose electric vehicles can be deployed across ride-hailing, corporate transport and other high-utilisation mobility applications.
