Mahindra & Mahindra posted total passenger vehicle sales of 56,331 units in April 2026, registering an 8% year-on-year (YoY) growth compared to 52,330 units sold in April 2025. However, on a month-on-month (MoM) basis, sales declined 7% from 60,272 units recorded in March 2026.

Mahindra Scorpio retained its position as Mahindra’s highest-selling model with 14,719 units sold in April 2026. Despite being down 5% YoY, the SUV managed a marginal 1% MoM increase.

Mahindra Thar recorded 10,459 units in April 2026. Sales declined 2% YoY and 4% MoM.

Mahindra Bolero posted sales of 8,917 units, registering 6% YoY growth. However, volumes declined 9% MoM compared to March 2026.

Mahindra XUV 3XO recorded 7,517 units, remaining nearly flat YoY with a minor 1% decline, though MoM sales dropped 18%.

Mahindra XUV 7XO posted 8,630 units, emerging as another strong contributor to Mahindra’s expanding SUV portfolio.

Mahindra BE 6 posted strong growth with 1,170 units, up an impressive 113% YoY, reflecting rising interest in Mahindra’s born-electric platform strategy. Meanwhile, the Mahindra XEV 9e recorded 1,611 units, though volumes were down 34% YoY and 8% MoM.

XUV400 continued to struggle with just 66 units sold, declining sharply by 80% YoY and 44% MoM.
