Hyundai India Sales Analysis – November 2020

Hyundai dispatched 48,800 units in November 2020 and registered a YoY growth of 9% & MoM volumes fell by -14%.   1. Creta was the best seller for Hyundai and contributed to almost 25% of Hyundai’s sales in November 2020! The model also emerged as India’s best selling SUV for the month.

  2. Do note that Hyundai dispatches were also affected by Cyclone Nivar in November 2020.

  3. Grand i10 Nios was the OEMs second best seller and sold over 10k units. It registered a YoY growth of 7% and MoM volumes fell by -22%.

  4. Venue ranked third for the OEM and around 9,265 units were dispatched in November 2020.

  5. The Newly launched i20 saw a dip of -13% in YoY volumes! While the model has already garnered over 25k bookings; we expected the dispatches to have been much better.
