The Top 25 Selling Cars constituted nearly 78% of the cars sold in February 2024. It had 10 models from Maruti, 4 from Hyundai and Mahindra, 3 from Tata, and 2 from Kia and Toyota. Regarding volumes, Maruti Suzuki models contributed over 50 percent to the Top 25!
Maruti Wagon R emerged as India’s No.1 Selling car of February 2024! It overtook Jan’s top-selling Baleno by almost 2k units. Tata’s Punch registered its lifetime highest dispatch numbers of 18,438 units and was the second best-selling car of Feb’24. Punch emerged in the Top 2 List in the second month in succession! Punch was also successful in superseding Nexon as the best-selling Tata model consistently now. The EV addition in Punch has given the model a much-required push. Maruti’s Baleno ranked third on the list with dispatches of 17,517 units.
