We have been getting a lot of requests on sharing the Fuel Split wise data for all the models. We are happy to share the same (for April 2018 – March 2019 period) in the subsequent posts and the same is being done segment wise for better clarity.
A lot is being spoken about the implementation of BS-6 norms since April 2020 and a lot of OEMs are contemplating to remove diesel engines from their portfolio owing to high costs of investment in R&D and lesser time for implementation of the same. Going through the segment figures, it looks to be a daunting task for the OEMs like Maruti & Renault who have already announced their exit from diesel-car sales from Apr’2020!
